Enjoy a fun-filled night under the stars while making a difference for wildlife!

We’re thrilled to announce the exciting details for the 10th Annual Great American Backyard Campout! This year’s official Campout date is Saturday, June 28, 2014.* That night, thousands of people like you all across the nation will head outside with their family and friends to enjoy a fun-filled night under the stars. It doesn’t matter whether you camp in your own backyard, with neighbors, in a local park or campground—what matters is that you get outside and enjoy the wonders of nature.

Pledge now to camp out for the Great American Backyard Campout. <http://online.nwf.org/site/R?i=mnDBVt2K6NkMMcQ9sIuJTQ>

This year, we’ve set a goal of getting more than 200,000 people across the country to camp out. AND, just in time for the 10th anniversary of the Great American Backyard Campout, National Wildlife Federation’s Board of Directors and other friends have offered to donate $2 in support of NWF’s wildlife conservation work for every person that participates in this year’s Campout—up to $400,000! So, whether you’re an old pro or new to camping, the Great American Backyard Campout is a great way to spend quality time with family and friends in the great outdoors, be part of a national movement AND help generate support for vital programs to protect wildlife and connect people to nature.

*Can’t do June 28th? No problem! You can still join the movement by camping whenever it’s convenient for you this year.

Just sign the pledge by June 28th and your campout will still get counted towards this year’s goal! <http://online.nwf.org/site/R?i=ZZc3Hwo-7psTjynd-mZN5w>
