Lance has been involved in senior levels of public policy making for nearly four decades. Currently he is California State Director of Gasland Grassroots, an organization formed to promote public education on hydraulic fracturing and the current HBO documentary Gasland 2. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Public Policy at Santa Monica College.
