Photographer Brenton Spies, aquarist José Bacallao and watershed scientist Katherine Pease will host a free, informative discussion on California wetlands restoration, marine wildlife, and future programming for the Santa Monica Pier Aquarium. The trio of engaging marine ecology experts will discuss the critical importance of California’s coastal wetlands and what the general public can do to support their preservation.

The event is free and open to the public.
